Disgaea RPG is the mobile version of the hit tactical RPG. The good news is that it is finally out on Android. However, the not-very-good news is that it has only launched in Japan; in fact, we have no word yet about when there will be a Western release of the game.
The gameplay of Disgaea RPG is basically same as the franchise as it has been known. You recruit hundreds of characters and send them out to fight against various wacky characters in turn-based battles. As you would probably expect, you will get characters from throughout the franchise to join forces with you. You will fight towards the goal of becoming the “ultimate overlord”.
Even though the battle system in Disgaea RPG is pretty much the same as it has been in the series, it includes some tweaking for touchscreens to make it easily playable on Android. You can also choose automatic battling.
As you probably expect, you can play on and on to a ridiculous level 9,999. This is absolutely interesting – battling your way through 9,999 levels.
So, if you are in Japan and would love to get Disgaea RPG, simply head on over to Google Play to get it right now. For those over in the West, you can just wait and hope it gets launched around in the nearest future.
